Return Policy

At Paradise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms:

1. General Return Policy

1.1 Non-Custom Orders: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. If the item is defective or damaged, we will arrange for an exchange or refund as per our policy.

1.2 Custom Orders: Customized products, including tailor-made clothing and personalized sarees, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the customization details.

2. Return Process

2.1 Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +91-7792930000 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the product.

2.3 Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or there was an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Paradise is not responsible for any lost returns.

3. Conditions for Return

3.1 Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they were shipped, with all original packaging and tags intact.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.2 Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please notify us during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchange item is of a higher value, you may be asked to pay the difference.

4.3 Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs for defective items.

5. Late Returns

5.1 Late Returns: Returns outside the 7-day window will not be accepted. Any returns made after this period will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Saree Rentals

6.1 Rental Returns: Rental items must be returned on or before the due date. A late fee will be charged for overdue items. If the rented saree is not returned in the same condition, a replacement fee may apply based on the damage.
